私たちは、サービスに関する情報を正確かつ最新のものに保つよう努めておりますが、その完全な正確性や最新性を保証するものではありません。情報は予告なく変更される場合があり、誤記や更新の遅れが生じる可能性もございます。これにより生じた損害について、ideal Connectおよび園山大弓場は一切の責任を負いかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
サービスの提供について
当社は、予告なくサービスの内容を変更、中止、または終了する権利を有します。その場合に生じた損害についても、ideal Connectおよび園山大弓場は一切の責任を負いません。
損害賠償責任の制限
サービスの利用により発生した損害（直接的・間接的・特別・結果的損害を含む）について、ideal Connectおよび園山大弓場は一切の責任を負いません。いかなる場合においても、損害賠償請求には応じかねます。
事故発生時の責任について
サービスの利用中、またはそれに関連して事故や予期せぬ事態が発生した場合、ユーザーまたは第三者が被った損害・負傷・死亡・財産の損失等について、原因の如何を問わず、ideal Connectおよび園山大弓場は一切の責任を負いません（ideal Connectに過失がある場合を含むが、それに限りません）。ユーザーは自己責任においてサービスを利用し、万一事故等が発生した場合でも、ideal Connectおよび園山大弓場に対して損害賠償請求を行わないことに同意したものとみなされます。
予約の変更およびキャンセルについて
お客様が予約の変更またはキャンセルをご希望される場合は、当社の定めるキャンセルポリシーに従って対応いたします。変更・キャンセルのご連絡は、体験の種類により変わりますのでご確認ください。
キャンセル料について
各体験によって定められた期間においてキャンセルされた場合は返金いたします。
それ以外の場合の返金はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
運営都合によるキャンセルについて
運営者の体調不良やその他やむを得ない事情により、当社側の都合でサービスを中止・キャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。その際は、速やかにお客様にメールでご連絡させていただきます。既にお支払いいただいている料金がある場合には、全額返金いたします。
準拠法および管轄裁判所
本免責事項および利用規約は、日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。本サービスに関連して発生するすべての紛争については、当社本社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所といたします。
Accuracy of Service Information
We strive to ensure that the information regarding our services is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of such information. Content may be changed without notice, and there may be errors or delays in updates. Ideal Connect and Enzan Daikyujou shall not be held liable for any damages arising from such issues.
Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of our services at any time without prior notice. Ideal Connect and Enzan Daikyujou shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such changes or discontinuation.
Limitation of Liability
Ideal Connect and Enzan Daikyujou shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising from the use of our services. We do not accept any liability for compensation under any circumstances.
Responsibility for Accidents
In the event of any accidents or unforeseen incidents occurring during the use of our services or in connection therewith—including personal injury, death, or property damage—Ideal Connect and Enzan Daikyujou shall bear no responsibility whatsoever, regardless of cause (including cases involving negligence). Users agree to use the services at their own risk and waive any right to claim damages from Ideal Connect and Enzan Daikyujou in such cases.
Reservation Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, we will respond in accordance with our cancellation policy. The procedures and conditions for changes or cancellations may vary depending on the type of experience, so please refer to the relevant information.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made within the designated period for each experience are eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside of these conditions.
Cancellations Due to Operational Circumstances
In the event that we must cancel a service due to unavoidable circumstances such as the operator’s health condition or other operational reasons, we will notify affected customers promptly via email. Any fees already paid will be refunded in full.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These disclaimers and terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the jurisdiction of our company’s registered office.
